got a late start, so i ended my run in the dark. kinda nice, actually.

today was my last day running a fraction of a mile, which means it's likely to be my last day on the track for a while. i'm beginnging to like the non-loop (or at least big loop) run. it's all whole miles from here!

i forgot my watch today, so no time. it actually felt nice to just run without a watch -- no pressure, just go the distance. which i did. this running thing is working out, i think!

(unfortunately, this coming weekend I've got plans, so I can't run my 5K. it looks like my first 5K will be the Race for the Cure in October. I'm trying to find a team. woohoo!)
