i'm starting at Week 2 of the Couch to 10K program, as I'm not a TOTAL couch tater.
i'm out on the track, doing laps. not used to running in circles like this, and it makes me want to run faster, but it's not bad. i could get used to it.
all in all, the run was harder than i thought, but i did it. i wonder if it will get easier.
time: untimed (i gotta buy a watch!!)
distance: 2 miles (Walk/Run alternating)
[NOTE: Mtn Brook High School's track is NICE.]
